  • Good service

    Representative took lots of time to explain the services and to help us figure out what type of car we needed as we did not reserve the right car. Needed a bigger one to fit skis and all our luggage. Also showed us how to operate some of the features on the car as they are so electronic. Drop off was a breeze on March 15th. Quick and easy. I give both reps 5 stars for their service. Unfortunately can’t remember their names.

    I have now rented cars from Hertz on 4 occasions and have another car booked for the near future. My experiences with the company have been consistently great. Ease of booking, good price, speed of getting and returning the car, and the courtesy, friendliness, and professionalism of the staff have been excellent every single time.

    Recently I had a minor technical problem with my account. I emailed the company about that–and they quickly fixed the problem. Fees in addition to the daily cost of rental do appear at the end of process and I wish that was not the case. But other companies also do this, and the total cost is still very competitive with other car rental agencies. So I still prefer Hertz over all the others.

    The staff were very friendly and professional, spoke very good English making it easy for us to get into our vehicle and go. They even opened up early (5:00 am) because our return flight was at 7:10 am, and seemed genuinely happy to do it. I would definitely book with them again, and will recommend them to friends.

    When we arrived at Hertz, the staff was friendly and helpful. The car was clean and drove very well, and the return process was smooth and hassle-free. It was a good experience, the staff were very helpful and no waiting. The car was very lovely too. Amazing for the price and the pre setup saved so much time after chaos in the airport. Great job.
