    Their fleet is the best around, hands down. Pricing can be high, but the quality and customer service can sometimes level it out, sometimes!     I rented a minivan for our family of 4 plus child seats. The Europcar location at the airport was easy to access. I utilized the online pre check-in option, which was easy to complete on my phone and allowed me to select my vehicle ahead of time. They had the vehicle I had selected during booking. Upon completion of the online check in, they sent me clear instructions where to go to pick up my vehicle. I went to the counter and a friendly staff member pointed me to my rental vehicle. There was no waiting in line. Very efficient.

    The return process was equally smooth and painless. I drove up and parked where the staff member indicated. He checked my fuel gauge and mileage and I signed off. The whole exchange took less than 2 minutes. The vehicle I rented was clean and in excellent condition. It was exactly what I expected.
