  • Great Staff

We picked up the rental in Cascais Municipality. It’s always difficult to actually get a great look at the car at midnight, but it appeared good. It was clean on the inside, and despite the 44,000 miles, it drove great! It took a little getting used to where the controls were, but I eventually figured it out. We had the vehicle for two weeks, and it handled well. The process was fine, although the online check-in was a bit confusing and I ultimately checked in at the desk. Returning the car was easy as well. I have rented with them several times, and I have not been disappointed. I will continue to rent from them in the future for any vehicle rentals!

  • It was perfect

Great job by the team. All in all I would definitely recommend them, and will be happy to rent a car from them in the future.

  • Super service

The customer service is excellent at Guerin car rental at Aveiro. They set the bar for what customer service should be. The employees took time to answer my questions and did not rush me. What a great team. The process is well-organized. The pickup was flawless and the car was very clean. The return was just as easy.

  • Totally recommend

I’ve been using Guerin with increasing frequency over the last 3 years, after a great experience in the Azores. They are a customer service company first, and a transportation company second.

That’s come across in every interaction with staff that I have had, as well as the quality of the cars and help in resolving problems. As long as they maintain those customer standards, I’m a permanent customer.

  • Wonderful

The pick up, the customer service…EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT! The quality of the vehicles…TOP NOTCH!!! This is my ONLY choice when renting a vehicle! Car provided was as good as brand new and was very well maintained. Totally recommended for anyone looking to hire a car.
