    Customer service was good. Fast and friendly staff. I was given a nice clean car, perfect condition for my trip. First time with a hybrid and it was a great gas saving car. Return was easy and shuttle was quick. Price was cheaper than other companies. Overall good value for money. I would rent again in the future.

    Rented a vehicle from the Sixt office near Gare do Oriente. Great service – was served by a nice young guy who was really efficient and accommodating. Very helpful & informative attendant who went out of his way to look after us & ensure we had the car we ordered & the coverage we required without adding unnecessary options. We ended up with a BMW x5 (as per our booking) & it was an excellent vehicle, very much suited to our requirements. There was no problem with excess charges or tolls as everything was explained & covered by the associate. Could not fault the car or the service. Will definitely use Sixt again.

    This company is truly customer experience focused. Their approach to car rental is just good common sense. The cars are almost always immaculate, or if any pre existing damage exists, it is well documented allowing a smooth pickup and drop off. In Leiria, the return agent helped us carry our bags to the terminal. They are always helpful and reasonably priced. This is now the only rental company I will use if they have availability.

    I specifically chose this rental company after reading reviews of ease of use. The online checkin, ease of picking up and returning car were absolutely great. The Toyota Camry was clean and drove well. The cost was also pretty apt for the size of the automobile. I will be traveling again in June and will definitely use SIXT.
